Good journalism, delivered on deadline.

Europe-based reporter with an international track record, covering the Mediterranean and beyond. Two decades of newsroom and wire experience. Features, breaking news, photography and video. I file directly in English. Trained in Paris at the Sorbonne, I report on the stories where everyday life meets bigger social change — health, education, climate, cities, food, and the environment. I also train journalists in writing and AI, working with students across Spain and Latin America.

01 — Profile

Two decades of newsroom and wire-service experience, reporting for national and international audiences

I started in wire reporting and moved into features. Discover-oriented, deep when the story deserves it, and versatile across formats — that combination is what I bring to every commission.

I trained in Paris at the Sorbonne and cut my teeth in national newsrooms. Then came twelve years of wire reporting with international assignments across Europe and Africa — France, Italy, Morocco, Senegal — and interviews with actors and writers from all over the world. As a full ENG multimedia journalist I shoot my own video and photography in the field.

Today I report across the western Mediterranean for the national daily 20 Minutos, cover health, nutrition and lifestyle for Diari ARA, and write for Webedia's Directo al Paladar and Decoesfera plus The New Barcelona Post. Earlier bylines: La Razón (gastronomy and wine), La Vanguardia (travel), El Mundo and Público.

I train journalists in journalistic writing and AI, supervising final degree projects for students from Europe and Latin America. I've also served on the press teams of two big-city Mayors. For international outlets, I report on the ground across Europe and the Mediterranean, filing clean copy in English along with my own photography and video when needed.
